Very useful program
As a practicing paediatrician I highly recommend this program, I am also aware a number of colleagues who agree. Not as detailed as UpToDate but great as a 5 minute consult aid.
Pediatric Central
I have the 5-minutes pediatric consult. It gives detail information on the common pediatric diseases with basics, diagnosis, treatmentnt, and ICD9 codes. But the search topics in chief complaints have to be improved. For example, I tried to search for "migraine" and there was no topic found. Apparently, migraine is being listed with headache as "headache and migraine". It is worth the cost? Maybe, maybe not.
