Optimize the website and app
The app makes no difference from website and both cause a crash on my iphone. Optimize the app and website to be more user friendly.
Can’t stand the app and website
Pedro just lost a customer to Charles and Keith because your app and website are really bad. The screen froze everytime I tried to click on any items to view.
Cannot open the app
I cant open the app. I downloaded and I cannot log in to my acc. Im confused
Super slow
I love this brand and have been getting my shoes here for few years now. Love to have an app but only if it works! It’s super slow so many times I will have to go to website to shop instead. Searching function is also limited as some other user reviews mentioned. Hope to see improvement in newer release version as I do like the shoes very much.

products are great app experience terrible
it’ll be nice if i could select the size and colour by just pressing once instead of pressing all over the option space and getting no response.
