Terrible shipping service and very poor customer support. My order has been delayed for almost 30 days, and I have not received either my package or a refund. This is one of the most awful shopping experiences I have ever had. I would not recommend this company.
Terrible customer service
I order from Charles & Keith for the first time, and they lost my item ☠️☠️☠️. After 1 month, they said my refund will appear within 14 days, but I'm still waiting. Wish I could give u guys a minus star review. Terrible company!

Have to add everytime user pass, never had like this experience since 1997. And who use captcha to check delivery status. What kind of security is this ?
