Terrible shipping service and very poor customer support. My order has been delayed for almost 30 days, and I have not received either my package or a refund. This is one of the most awful shopping experiences I have ever had. I would not recommend this company.

I order from Charles & Keith for the first time, and they lost my item ☠️☠️☠️. After 1 month, they said my refund will appear within 14 days, but I'm still waiting. Wish I could give u guys a minus star review. Terrible company!

I’ve purchased a pair of shoes 14 days ago when they arrived they were too big to I requested a return. I’ve called them and emailed them almost daily and no action! Their customer service team gave me the same response every time I called made fake promises and still no one picked up the shoes ! One of the worst online shopping experiences ever!

الموقع ممتاز وشغال والطلب وصل خلال يومين بالضبط نظرا لتقييمات ترددت ولكن جربت وبحثت وشفت انه من الخطا ان نظلم دون تجربه ولكن الموقع جبار وممتاز وسلس وجميل وعشان تضبط معاك بالطلب لا تحوله للعربي عشان تطلب بالسله بالانقلزي ي يعمل بكفائه اعلى لان السله تختفي إذا حولته عربي نوعا ما ولكن ممتاز اطلب وانت مرتاح الطلب خلال يومين وصل
