Hey banned me and that would be fine but they didn’t say what for so I had to use my own leg appeal to ask
and when I did they said my photos of my face where fake and refused to let me appeal again

Age verification is terrible
I took like 50 pictures in the same position same lighting, like five times and it still says it’s not me. Tried it multiple of times, and it still said the same thing.

I got banned
I was never disrespectful, I never did or said anything against the rules. One day I was on my phone js scrolling away and I get curious to see who texted me and when I go to log in it tells me tht I’m banned, not the exact words it had said but it did say I wouldn’t be able to apply anymore and I was sad and shocked cs I would never do anything bad, I was js the unlucky one 2 get banned. I was chilling one day then all of a sudden i get banned.. because apparently "too many reports for my profile" meanwhile I never even got 1 warning... nor did i say anything bad.
Their support team is just automated so no one actually actually helps, or fixes their problems. But all while that's happening there's people actually saying inappropriate, questionable stuff but peeps just lets it happen, feel more threatened by people actually using the app to find friends..

I was literally banned for "Not looking 13".
According to my birth certificate I am 13 years old. Also, the AI face identifier never took my selfie that I took 3 seconds ago. So yeah I got perm IP banned unrightfully. Please update y'alls ai system and unban me so I can make more friends.

Temporary ban
I didn’t do anything wrong and I got temporarily banned for 50-55 minutes
Couldn’t even get in
So this app has a facial recognition system so that you can’t catfish first it scans your face then you take or add in a photo, I have tried 20x now I scanned my face and first I wanted to just add a photo because i literally just took a photo of myself!! It says it’s invalid then I decide I’ll just take one maybe it wants me to take a photo I did that took a photo in the app of myself multiple times and it said it’s not valid. I don’t think my face changes in a minute or two
