About
Peer Support Alliance (PSA) is a free, 18+ peer-support community for mental health, made for people in the United States. It is a calm, welcoming place to connect with others who understand, share what you're going through, and offer a little encouragement to someone else.
PSA is built on one idea: none of us should have to go through it alone.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Join topic rooms and talk with peers: Main, Anxiety, Depression, Bi-Polar Disorder, PTSD, ADHD, and Autism.
• Send direct messages one-to-one when you'd rather talk privately.
• React to messages and share photos.
• Find help fast: tap-to-call mental health hotlines, a warmline link, and a community Zoom meeting, all in one Resources tab.
A COMMUNITY THAT LOOKS OUT FOR EACH OTHER
• Report any message that crosses a line, and our team reviews reports.
• Block anyone you don't want to hear from.
• Clear community expectations, with moderation to keep things respectful.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ
PSA is a peer-support community, not a healthcare provider, counseling service, or crisis line. Members are peers, not licensed professionals, and PSA is not a substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself or someone else, you deserve immediate help: call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), or call 911 for emergencies. A 988 button is always one tap away inside the app.
You must be 18 or older to join. PSA is currently only available in the United States.
