Constant log ins
I have to constantly log in to my gym I use but the membership credits are taken out every month. It’s an extra step and I have had 3 separate issues at the gym I use not being able to get into the gym due to this issue. No way to contact help or find a resolution.
What’s the problem here?
Second Peer app I have downloaded and neither of them work. Web site is crappy too. Seems there are others also having problems with this. Hope you are working on it, folks.
The worst fitness app.
Worst fitness app! You cannot book a class without an issue. Every time I try to book, it freezes, or cannot log in etc. For you mental health, please use class pass or other apps.
App does not work
Not sure why there is an app, it doesn’t work at all.

App is non functional. Instructs you to login to desktop, which doesn’t enable me to check in at the gym.
The app doesn’t work and very few studios
My company pays for my Peerfit membership but I never use it because the app literally doesn’t work and hasn’t worked in years and there are very few studios. Really hoping my company will switch to class pass or something that actually works!
App Update is horrible
I love Peerfit, I’m crazy about it, I tell everyone with our insurance to see if they have it, free boutique work outs? AMAZING! This new update is horrible, one of the worst user experiences I’ve ever had. The app is unresponsive, crashes and is hardly ever correct with the fullness of classes. Please go back to the old interface.

It doesn’t work
you can’t login to the app or the desktop website
Cannot access!
I have been working with their customer support for nearly a month and I’m still unable to gain access to the site. I have been trying to communicate with a supervisor but I’m still unable to communicate with one. This is horrible customer service!
The update
The redesign looks awful …. You’re not able to check in because you can’t scroll to the bottom to do so. This needs a lot of work .

Great... When it Actually Works
Honestly, this app/program infuriates me. It will work for a while, I’ll get to take my weekly classes, everything’s great, and then all of a sudden I get an error message when I try to sign up for a class. This will persist for a couple weeks, and then it’s fine again. It is SO FRUSTRATING when you’re trying to build a routine. Since last week, I haven’t been able to even log in to the app! I keep getting a stupid “Whoops!” message, and I’ve been trying multiple times per day. I was able to log in via the website, but no classes show up for any studio. I’ve contacted customer support 3 times, and I’ve gotten no reply back. It’s ridiculous! I seriously hope my employer isn’t paying some ridiculous amount of money for this stupid “benefit”.

PEERFIT IS ELITE
I cannot say enough good things about Peerfit and their Support Team. They have really helped me in terms with my health goals that I otherwise would’ve never been able to before. So far I have taken boxing, yoga, joined gyms, dance classes. They are very fair with the credit redemptions also. THANK YOU PEERFIT PLEASE KEEP IT UP!!! I AM A SATISFIED MEMBER

Haven’t been able to log in or register since Monday. Support keeps saying they’ll look into it.

I would love to see GLORY MMA on this app but even tho there not it’s still a great app with great places for fair amount of credits
