Free service that could use a lot of improvement
I have only been able to get one ride through this app. Many times I have tried to request a ride, but there is no availability and no explanation for why. When I did manage to get a ride, the driver was unfriendly and didn’t acknowledge my hello or thank you. The drop off site is not the place I entered either, but a nearby location. I was carrying a bulky package so had to walk the rest of the way to my destination. I appreciate that my city is providing this as a free service buts it’s not reliable and such a poor experience compared to other ride share services.

Me and my friend wanted to get a ride but we forgot to put two people and we re did it again and the guy was telling us we should know this by now because i use their app since it first launch and i should be respectful, we apologize but he just ignore US I RATHER TAKE THE BUS INSTEAD
Most USELESS app I have on my phone
If I could rate 0 stars on this app I would. What a waste of time to create an app that claims to give rides, but then NEVER GIVES RIDES AND ALSO TRAVELS NO WHERE USEFUL. you cannot even go to the community center with this app. Complete garbage and I really rather spend money on an Uber to get to where I need to then to fight with an app that doesn’t even let me go to any other grocery store but luckys. You do not realize the harm you are doing to people that need your app to get to places in Sunnyvale that YOU MADE “out of zone”

The concept and the cars have been very satisfactory, I am very grateful, as they have helped me reach my destination in the Sunnyvale area, specially given the transportation situation we are experiencing, which is currently at a standstill.
