Love PEFCU, but Mobile Deposit is terrible. It glitches out more often than it works.

Unlock feature
Im trying to unlock my card to purchase and it won’t unlock. The only number I can call is lost or dispute. I spoke to a rep and he said they have limited resources and for me to call business hours. This is not my first time having trouble with the unlock feature. I tried mobile and desktop. Please fix this feature.

Broken, again after recent update
PEFCU mobile app auto capture for submitting a check is Broken again after the recent update for my iPod touch 7… auto captures the check then, force closes out of the app.. manual captured but please include this as a back up option not only for when auto capture fails….

When you want to mobile deposit a check and take a picture as soon as the auto captured grabs the check it kicks you off of the app.
