This app can’t replace physiotherapy session
This app doesn’t add anything to what can be found on internet and definitely cannot relaxe real physiotherapy session. Pelvic floor after birth is a big deal.

We believe that nothing can replace a real physiotherapy session, and we'd wish for every mum to have access to the excellent tax-financed postnatal physiotherapy services that you have in France 😍🇫🇷. In most countries, however, there is little or no love and attention for the mums pelvic floor after birth, and for us left to deal with it on our own, an app can be a good start 💐

App doesn't seem to work.
Wo sind die Übungen?
Egal welchen Schwierigkeitsgrad, egal welches Kapitel. Zu 90% liegt die Vorturnerin auf dem Rücken. Die Ansagen lauten lediglich: Anspannen und Entspannen. Wo sind die Übungen für die tiefe Schicht des Beckenboden? Dafür 3,99€ bezahlen ist ein Witz. Auf youtoube gibt es schlechte Videos zumindest gratis.

Unzumutbar
Schon diese quietschige Stimme erstickt jegliche Motivation im Keim! Das verkrampft und gelangweilt wirkende Modell im schwarzen Schlabberlook läßt keine Bewegungen erkennen. Den Übungsanleitungen fehlt es an vertiefenden Informationen. Bei Youtube findet jede junge Mutter besseres Übungsmaterial! Traurig, dass so ein Schund auch noch auf Fachkongressen beworben wird.

Terrible app
Looks Iike it was build ten years ago and never updated. I can't access the downloads. There's no online training program. I was expecting something more like the 7 minute workout. I wasted my money.
