It is your tool to have at hand at all times. Now, you can squeeze correctly – anytime and anywhere. Why are pelvic floor exercises so important? Pregnancy and birth strain the pelvic floor muscles that can also slacken with advancing age. Pelvic floor exercises are important, in order for you to rediscover your body and be able to do all the activities you were used to doing before getting pregnant. Many women experience difficulties holding in urine after giving birth, for example while running, jumping on a trampoline or when laughing, sneezing or coughing. It is scientifically proven that pelvic floor exercises have a significant effect on incontinence, both before, during and after pregnancy. But as with any training, it’s all about getting started as soon as possible and training both properly and regularly. Functions: The app has several functions that ensure successful pelvic floor training. - Reminders - Photos - Videos with exercises - Sound files - ’My downloads’:Your downloaded videos and sound files, which you can also use offline. The exercises are divided into three levels, ensuring that everyone can participate regardless of the individual level. 1. Beginner 2. Slightly experienced 3. Verdict
The clearest difference is price: MyCap at Free against Pelvic Floor Trainer's $3.99. MyCap also leads on rating (4.5 vs 1.0) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 6 months). MyCap is free to download; Pelvic Floor Trainer costs $3.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
MyCap holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MyCap has 8 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 14% of Pelvic Floor Trainer's written reviews are positive against 0% of MyCap's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Pelvic Floor Trainer ships an update every 6 months, MyCap every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
