Unable to create an account
I’ve been trying to create an account on this app for a few months. After putting in my email and creating a password, I try to proceed with creating an account, but a coding page comes up and I can’t get past it. I sent an email a few months ago when I originally had the problems, but I never heard anything back.

Doesn’t work
I have never been able to even signup. It posts a big white box with a bunch of strange letters.

Hello, Sorry you had bad experience signing in. I lot of changes have been made and you should be able to log in without a problem. Please try again.

Cant get past the login screen without signing up for a monthly subscription. Why not make it clear before downloading?
Highly Recommend
Been using this app for a month now, it’s so simple but so helpful. It isn’t created for a specific disease/condition so this app is great for people like me, with chronic pain that don’t yet have a diagnosis. I love the graph, it’s a great visual tool for looking at how the pain behaves. Doesn’t take more than a minute to track something new, you can not down detailed symptoms, and will definitely be useful during a doctors visit. I haven’t experienced any bugs or performance issues so far either, it looks great and it works great. I can’t thank the developers enough!
