I still hate the colors
The tech in the app is great. The colors that PenAir chose are HORRIFIC. Whoever was responsible for changing our color to Barney Purple and Banana Yellow needs to be fired with haste. The credit cards with lavender aren't much better. Money wasted...our money. Inexcusable.
Super hard to use
I have 2 accounts and the app does not recognize it. So I can’t move the money between accounts.

Apparently you’ve just updated your app to 16.0 version so now I’m no longer able to use your mobile app on my iPhone.

I’m having to constantly delete and redownload the app, it force closes every time I try to open it.
Easy to Use
Every day banking at my tips of my fingers. I can transfer money from one account to another quickly. Did you know I can even see my credit score? I can even pay my lone quickly and on time.
Mobile check deposit
I love every aspect of this app with one exception. The mobile check deposit has an extremely hard time framing the check in the photo which is beyond frustrating when trying to deposit a check.
App is ok bank is one of the worst
Chat does not work and it’s hard to get in contact with them. App is better than previous editions , going back decades to when they were a federal bank and not some weird state bank with dreams of expansion. Been a member for over 30 years and every time you have to deal with Penair you can’t help but feel frustrated. They break promises, they stoped using the old flex card and wanted a fee for their new card, face to face promised us to send a new card for no charge and never did. Recently when our parents passed away they made it the most painful process possible . Again a higher up in the bank promised to contact us then never did. It’s irresponsible.
