Stopped working no coins

The game was great, but once you hit a certain point your coin count hits 0 and you can’t do anything. The penguins, bunny and pandas are all sliding with their amounts ect but the coins aren’t being collected at all and the counter hit 0 at 2B.
Very disappointing as I love the game but now I can’t even play it
