Horrible!!! NOT A HAPPY LONG TERM CUSTOMER!
I have been with this credit union since the 80’s and have never had issues until NOW! This app is horrible! I get over draft fees now because the app withdrawals twice for some transactions when it clearly says the funds are in there for my transaction that I’m doing. But because I’m not financially abundant and live month to month on my social security my funds are not over flowing. This needs to be addressed. Eventually the second draft is refunded but I’m paying for it in the end! I do all my transactions through my mobile app and this has become a nightmare. New is NOT always better. Go back to what worked well without all the issues.

Mobile deposits
Seems the verification code for each check deposit should not be necessary once you are logged in. Very cumbersome when doing multiple deposits

Internal Transfers at PCU
Internal Transfers with the app are super quick & simple.
It is ridiculous. How many times you have to put in your challenge questions.
You are making a deposit. No other bank that our family deals with requires you to answer a challenge question to deposit a check.
It’s like this this is an app put out by a bank/credit union which does not want you to ever use the app.
As a bonus, it disables your Face ID and makes you logon with your password and challenge questions three times more often than any other bank we’ve worked with.
