Can’t ever make a payment online the app
Worst bank ever, making a car payment is almost impossible, but when I call to tell them the app is useless they tell me it’s a ME issue that I must have some wifi issue or using the wrong device??? So I have to call to make the car payment AND THEY CHARGE ME MORE BC I PAY OVER THE PHONE LIKE DO YALL WANT THE MONEY OR NOT?! ridiculous!!! I’m waiting for the day we can refinance with another bank because it should not be this stressful to make monthly payment or get a hold of someone.

Card viewable
I misplaced my card in the house and I believe it’s best Kitsap should have an option to view card information in the app like the others banks.

Too much!
I was having a good time banking on here, until every time I log on you asked me to rate you. I rate you and then you asked me to write a review which I choose to skip, so then you ask me next time I logon to review you again. I don’t like it.
I like the old app better
Check deposit not working on iPhones for a couple months now.
