I misplaced my card in the house and I believe it’s best Kitsap should have an option to view card information in the app like the others banks.

Too much!
I was having a good time banking on here, until every time I log on you asked me to rate you. I rate you and then you asked me to write a review which I choose to skip, so then you ask me next time I logon to review you again. I don’t like it.
I like the old app better
Check deposit not working on iPhones for a couple months now.
Good app
I like the app and all the features. I would give five stars but the alerts about offers that won’t go away no matter what you do drive me nuts!!
Annoying
Notification feed won’t refresh after viewing it… I would click and get off, swipe down to refresh, and restart my phone and yet it still shows up I have 3 notifications unopened even after viewing them!

Update: their live service chat now has a moronic generative AI bot to push past which takes a lot to get it to give you a real person. And then the real person doesn’t help you with anything.
The app was great. Then they decided to change it like 5 times. Now it’s clunky, buggy, and what’s worse, it has notification badges 24/7. And they are just advertisements. Trying to sell you stuff. And even if you view it, it doesn’t clear the notification badge. Permanent advertisement harassment. I hate it.

Turned my simple business login to difficult
Thanks developers! You really messed this up. Now when I start the app and use touch id to login, i go into the last login i used and HALF THE TIME its not the business/personal login i need… i have to click several times to find logout, logout, then i get the opportunity to select my other user (business v.s. personal account). It was much easier before, simply selecting personal or business icons. SHEESH

Notifications are annoying
App itself is pretty solid. The alerts/notifications are annoyingly persistent and challenging to get rid of. Would be nice to have a “clear notifications” button or something similar

AMAZING BANK- Less than perfect app.
I cannot say enough positive things about Kitsap Credit Union. They have veeb my bank since I was 16 and I wouldn’t have it any other way. However- for the last few months, I have been having an issue with the app that causes it to never open back up again randomly for seemingly no reason, forcing me to delete the app and redownload it again. This can be quite frustrating if I’m say, at a gas pump, or in the middle of the grocery store. Otherwise the app is incredibly user friendly and fast- but that is not particularly helpful to me if I go to use it every 2 weeks and it simply doesn’t open, forcing me to delete it, resave my password, my Face ID, etc. other than this issue, the app and bank are amazing.

One year with Kitsap Credit Union
I’ve just had a really great experience over the last year with Kitsap Credit Union. The staff is great here. They’ve gone over and above when I’ve needed help with certain things. Especially ordering pennies. I really appreciate Dave and Debbie especially. They’ve helped me a lot.
This App is Trash
Getting statements, depositing checks and connecting to my SAP has been a nightmare.
Red things don't go away
Red notification circles don't go away after you read the mass mails they put in your message feed. Everything else is great.
Always says I have unread messages
The app is fine but the message feed never removes the little notification saying I have new messages and it drives me a little bonkers. 3 stars.
Hate the update
The new update is annoying. It adds an extra step to signing in and is not as user friendly.
Notification bubble won’t go away
Since the most recent update I have had a notification from this app that I can’t clear no matter what I try. It’s driving me nuts.
Easy to use
I like the simplicity of this app. It’s easy to understand how to do things without having to worry about what do I do next.
Won’t open
Since their new billing upgrade/update. I have to delete the app and reload it about once a week. Have tried closing the app and resetting the phone. Only thing that works is to delete and re-download.
