Additionally, should the app ever be discontinued, your files will still be accessible and usable as they are stored locally on your devices. However, like with any file-based system, it’s crucial that the file transfer is fully completed across devices before making further changes. If changes are made before syncing is complete, it can lead to issues like data not being saved correctly or entries disappearing. To help prevent this, our app automatically backs up your data, much like saving previous versions of a document in Word or Excel. These backups allow you to recover earlier versions if needed, and you can export them to restore any lost entries. We recommend ensuring that the syncing process is complete before making additional changes to avoid these issues in the future.
