No Log-In Form, Just Spinning Wheel
I’ve downloaded and redownloaded the app, it starts but then just an infinite spinner gif instead of literally anything else. Broken garbage.
Embarrassing
Embarrassed as a PH employee and frustrated as a patient. Like other reviews have said, trying to access the portal gets you an endless spinning wheel. Please fix this app.
Half the time you can’t even log
Most of the time I get a spinning wheel of death and if I do get in, there’s no help and no way to request things and it’s a very poor platform
An unsupported system of information
When you need current test results the app doesn’t work for days at a time. What a disappointment.
