Not able to use two accounts
Not able to use the app for two pension accounts. At any one time, only one account remains active and the other gets disabled. One has login through username and password every time you switch from one account to other account. Switching should be possible with mmid.
It worked once, a long time ago.
Whoever made this application is not maintaining it for iPhone users. I tried accessing it several times over the past six months and it says not connected to Internet. SBI can have better reputation by not having apps like this rather than having such apps that hardly ever work. I am deleting this app now. I give one star because there no option to give any lower rating.

Bad experience on video life certificate on pension seva website.
I tried so many times for video life certification, on pension seva website and phone app, no one executives present on my video for a long time 45 minutes. I fed up and rejected that system of life certificate.
