PensionSeva is a mobile application developed by State Bank of India for its public pensioners. It allows users to view and download their pension-related information, such as pension slips and transaction details.
Public pensioners of SBI whose pension is processed by the Bank's Centralised Pension Processing Centres (CPPC) can use the PensionSeva app. Existing users of www.pensionseva.sbi can use the same credentials.
New users can register directly through the app by providing their SBI account number and Date of Birth. After OTP validation, you will set a User ID, Password, security question, and an M-PIN.
The app implements device registration using OTP sent to the registered mobile number. After initial login, a 6-digit M-PIN can be set for easier and secure access from the registered device.
PensionSeva provides access to your dashboard and profile details, pension slips, transaction history, investment details, Form-16, certificate details, and arrear calculation reports.
Yes, the PensionSeva app supports the Video Life Certificate feature, allowing pensioners to complete their life certificate verification remotely.
PensionSeva is currently supported on iPhone and iPod devices, as indicated by the supported devices list.
