Appts not showing
I have an upcoming appt but when I look in the app it tells me none found. But I go the website & it’s there. If going to have an app, have it work.
Suggestion - my stylist books a couple months out. When trying to make an appt I have to pick everyday just to be told no openings. Why don’t you just have it show “Next Available openings”. Be easier than having to check every day for 2 months.

App is terrible.
App is totally unreliable. Most of the time I’ve been unable to make an appointment using it. How about you either shut the app down or invest some money into making it work better for clients
Cannot change date - Please fix!!!
Will not allow you to change the date when selecting an appt date/time. Very annoying. This appt has always been glitchy. Also, now your appt disappears when you check in, so you cannot view or verify times if you have multiple appts scheduled on the same day. Once you check in, it is all gone on the appt for that day.
Go online to schedule an appt. Much easier, and allows you to see your professional’s entire schedule/availability, which the app never allowed you to do. You just had to keep guessing dates/times to figure out their availability.

Very poor user experience
Way to complicated in choosing service/professionals. Should be able to choose professional or professional’ experience level then select the service you’d like with then. There is no need to repeat each service for each professional level and have the user scroll for miles.
Also you cannot change the date. It comes up on the current date and you cannot select a different date.

App no longer works
Stuck on today’s date. Can’t change the date at all.
Terrible App
Sadly can’t use this app to schedule or view appointments. It fails to load anything and then it kicks you out. Won’t list stylists to schedule. Annoying and frustrating. If I were wanting to schedule and this were the only way…Penzone’s would be losing a ton of business.
One stop Beauty
I worked with Wendy and as a 54 year old women, I wanted to change things up with some color and highlights. We discussed the look I was trying to achieve , then, Wendy helped me pick a color pallet . With a combination of browns and reds....VOILA, I have a new head of hair. I love it ! Now, on to some eyebrow threading and on my way out ....some Youngblood Cosmetics, concealer and eye liner. Like I said , ONE STOP BEAUTY! It’s just so easy !

Keep an eye on the date select vs. what gets booked...
The app has done this to me multiple times now when booking - I select “Today” and it automatically pulls up appointments for the following day. Not paying attention to the date, considering I already selected “today”, I went in that afternoon for my appointment and was disappointed and annoyed when they told me it wasn’t until tomorrow. Thinking that maybe my first time using the app, I did something wrong...I just shrugged it off. The same thing happened to me again today, luckily I caught that the app changed the date before going into my appointment! Something the developers should definitely fix...or not give “today” as an option when trying to book.

Every time I attempt to book using past appt info the app crashes.
Love the retail rewards!
So excited to earn retail rewards when I buy products at the salon. Also love being able to personalize my gift cards with my own photos. It makes such a unique gift!
Terrible app and useless update
The former app worked great to make and change appointments. This one is a bust. It doesn’t record any information and it’s a frustrating waste of time. Too bad that progress for the brand means no one is paying attention to this awful app. Deleting and going back to using the phone and website to make appointments.

Awful
This app is so buggy. It freezes and crashes regularly. Never seems to pull up data on scheduled appointments. If you can’t get the basics of an app right, then perhaps just stick with the old school call center.
