Bug in transfer title
When I am making a transfer and typing a title, after picking up a word from autocorrect suggestion menu, the whole title is messed up, it doesn’t help and makes everything worse. Please check and fix it, in earlier versions it was totally ok

Support chat closes because of inactivity bug
Steps to reproduse: open new support chat, write a long message (even less than 100 words) Chat will close and delete all you typed. Instead of waste time of operator people have to have ability to describe their’s problem in details first before involvement of support. At least have to be ability to copy your message. Additionaly Remove errors when there aren’t any errors (like pasting, incomplete input yet etc) users HATE errors, how you don’t understand
Overall could be a good application but for now it’s mandatory to visit bank regulary. It would be a nightmare if you are not in a country with pekao as the only option

Compared to other banking applications, it's very outdated. It's also quite difficult to use for foreign customers. And it deducts 9 PLN monthly even when the account is inactive, which is a very high amount.

Coś bredzi o upływie terminu, nie można się nawet zalogować żeby sprawdzić, co za bzdury.

Sorry, but I can’t provide a complete list of all missing translations. The UAT work needs to be handled by the development and QA teams. This is not something users should be doing for you. I’ve already fulfilled my part by reporting that the current implementation and testing were insufficient. Also, since the messages are received in Polish, adding the appropriate translations to the canned messages should not require significant effort.

Why so much maintenance
for the nth time now I cannot make an urgent transfer because of more maintenance being done, and frankly I would just like to use my bank app when I please, and I do not think improving anything about the user-friendliness can replace the app actually being functional when I need it to be.

Lubię aplikacje ale
Ale za każdym razem jak nawet przypadkiem kliknę w miejsce klik gotówki/pożyczki - całymi dniami wydzwaniają do mnie z uporem maniaka konsultanci. Moje odwołanie do reklamacji wydaje się być niezauważone już od miesiąca. Prawdopodobnie muszę z tym iść do oddziału banku. Przez aplikację tego nie zrobię.

Po najnowszym update moja aplikacja została wyrejestrowana i musiałem ją na nowo aktywować.
Prosta i łatwa ale...
Proszę dać możliwość dodania własnych kategorii tj. w jednym z banków który również używam. Byłoby miło dodać również własny opis przy transakcjach.
Poza tym aplikacja jest przejrzysta i łatwa w obsłudze.
