People Connect is GIPCL's official employee app for leave and outdoor-duty (OD) management, built by AeonX Digital and integrated live with SAP HCM. Designed for everyone from frontline employees to the Managing Director's office, People Connect brings leave requests, approvals, and team visibility into one fast, secure, multilingual app. KEY FEATURES • Apply for Leave — Submit requests with live, real-time balances read directly from SAP HCM, policy validation, and overlap warnings before you submit. • Outdoor Duty (OD) — Request outdoor duty and record GPS-verified check-in and check-out at the site. • Approvals — Managers and HODs review, approve, reject, or send back requests with comments through a multi-level approval workflow — on the go. • MD Dashboard — Leadership gets a real-time view of who is present, on leave, or on outdoor duty across the organization. • AI Copilot — Ask natural-language questions about your leave balance, holidays, and policies and get instant answers. • WhatsApp Approvals — Optionally receive and action approval requests directly inside WhatsApp. • Multilingual — Full English, हिन्दी (Hindi), and ગુજરાતી (Gujarati) support. • Secure by Design — Biometric (Face ID / Touch ID / fingerprint) app lock, encrypted on-device storage, and enterprise sign-in.
