App doesn’t work
Despite putting in the otp the app fails to login. It’s trash, what a scam!

3rd class app. You can’t even view ur invoices
The Transaction History screen just goes blank. And the company sms now mandates u to download the app, to just view ur invoice.
What a waste of time and effort of the customers, by making them stuck in an endless loop. And also dictating to download the app!

Third class Application
This is one of the most useless apps I’ve come across. For something as simple as viewing an invoice, it forces you to download the app and create a full profile with personal details — even a mandatory profile picture, which is ridiculous. After all that hassle, the invoice still didn’t open! The app is slow, poorly designed, and completely unnecessary. Raymond really needs to fix this pathetic user experience.
