Do not use this app. I unchecked the part where they sneak in their subscription and I still got charged
App wasn’t working
I downloaded the app and paid for a free trial when I tried to use the free trial. It tried to force me to get a regular subscription when I went talk to the customer service went back-and-forth for three days. They lingered me on until the full subscription became active and even then they said it shows active on their side, even though I was showing them with screenshots and videos that it wasn’t working they refuse to help. I even called them and they hung up on me.

Beware I deleted my account and cancelled my subscription and was still being charged after the free trial was up i don’t appreciate the dishonesty and I was told I can’t get a refund when it’s not my error this needs to be fixed now

Hace unos días usé su página web para buscar algo que quería, me dieron la opción de pagar 3,95 para obtener ese único dato que necesitaba o suscribirme, como no necesitaba en lo absoluto esa suscripción pagué los 3,95 por lo que si necesitaba y estaba tranquila, a los días me apareció en mi tarjeta un cargo por 29,95 de una suscripción que ni siquiera aparece activa en mi perfil, había usado PayPal para hacer el primer y único pago de 3,95, por ende a través de PayPal abusivamente hicieron el cobro por esa maldita suscripción que jamás pedí, acepté o estuve de acuerdo. Trate de apelar por medio de PayPal y después de casi dos semanas me dicen que RECHAZAN mi solicitud de reembolso, lo peor tampoco podría usar esa maldita aplicación así quisiera porque en la app dice que no tengo una membresía o suscripción.
Estoy enojada y frustrada porque tus derechos como consumidor son pisoteados.

If you all want to try something that really works with updated information then try Whitepages. I have tried too many of these and it’s the only one that has lived up to my expectations.
App has never worked
The ‘Sign-in’ button does not work at all and has never worked. Can’t sign-in which means the App is BROKEN…….
Whats more, every time I try to sign-in using the website, it never accepts the password. NEVER.
Password reset uses an insecure method, lets you straight into the website, but never works if you come back to sign-in in the future.

Unreliable log in!
WHEN the app lets me log in, it works fantastic! Very quickly I can add a name, address or phone number and instantly find out how many properties a person owns or past addresses they’ve lived at as well as a list of relatives. But what keeps happening is sometimes I’m suddenly logged out and then it won’t let me log back in. I’ve contacted customer service and haven’t heard back from anyone. If I go online and don’t use the app the way, the searches work as you have to do an advance search and every time, despite the fact that I’m already signed up for a premium membership plus paying for the app subscription, it keeps asking me to upgrade in order to get another search. In the app, you can click on the relative of someone and get all their information instantly. That’s why I want the app to work. This is so frustrating. I’m paying you guys so why can’t anything work right? Why do I keep getting asked to upgrade when I already have the most premium membership I can possibly have? And why doesn’t customer service get back with me?

Firstly, nothing is free, and even when you pay, the service is plagued with login issues and useless information. Secondly, if you try to cancel, as I did and many others have mentioned in this review section, you may continue to be charged despite submitting a cancellation request, even via email.
Additionally, you might experience an increase in spam calls, as it seems likely that this company sells your information to spam companies. They won’t refund you unless you call and argue with them, and even then, they will only refund one month's charge.
I encourage others who have had similar experiences to do what I did: file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and report to the Federal Trade Commission. This is not a company you can trust with your information, and there are better background check services available.

It’s a wonderful app don’t get me wrong but I had it for about a week l paid my 24.99 already I ended up canceling it bcs I just didn’t need it no more i did Pay my part though but it’s been almost 3 months and I’m not able to use my App Store bcs they say I need to pay on my subscriptions🤦🏻♀️

Concerned about free trial
I tried using this service to find my nephew, he lives out of state and we haven’t had any contact for a while, I was hoping to find a lead on where his current whereabouts were…….I used this 3 day free trial and cancelled (attempted) when I didn’t really find anything helpful. A few days later I got billed for 29.99, so I went on to cancel again again and somehow was billed 69.95 for a lifetime membership. I called to have this refunded and was told that this charge is non-refundable and was sent to the “managers” voicemail. I hope this shakes out well, because this is borderline predatory if not.

They are an scam cause they don’t give me my money back, I was make an looking for a phone number and the right cost was $0. 99 cents and when I’m ready to delete the app in my credit card appear a charge for $49.99, careful this kind of people are liars
I’ve paid twice and still can’t get logged in
For the past two months, I’ve tried to get this going and I’ve done paid twice for the service. I go to login and it tells me oops there’s something wrong with the service and I just paid for it about an hour ago and then when I went to look at my boy boyfriend’s phone number won’t even bring it up even bring it up. I either want my money back or fix my problem for I need to catch my boyfriend cheating.
