They could do better with the app it works good and sometimes it won’t work and you have to wait for it to update

I’ve had a people’s advantage account since I was a kid. Other than the obvious caveats of it being a credit union they are outstanding and so is their app!
Great customer service
Every time I have a question, no matter what it is, the associate has always helped me. I appreciate their customer service and care and attention to detail.
Option
When using the app to deposit a check, I can’t choose between different accounts to deposit. It would be nice to easily figure that out rather than transfer money later. Also, would be nice to know the deposit was accepted immediately not days later.

The instructions on how to deposit a check should include what needs written on the back of the checks.
Using the app to ask questions is amazing and saves on time. Employees responding to questions are very knowledgeable and are quick to respond.
