I have been using the People’s app for a few years now and wish every app was as user-friendly and as full-service as this one. Love the facial ID to get into the app, and I have yet to encounter a problem with any function.
Living out-of-town, the convenience of being able to do transactions and to check on my accounts cannot be overstated.

Inconsistent
Does not keep up to date. Transactions keep disappearing and then coming back. I’m never sure what I have in the bank
Direct deposit’s & automatic withdrawals
App is very detailed…I like it. It would be nice & helpful to see automatic deposits & withdrawals that are pending 1 to 2 days ahead of time… Other banks offer this service. Thanks!

App is great! There are some times when it’s under maintenance but not very often which makes this app acceptable in my opinion.
