I am really loving the new look of the mobile app! It’s clean and easy to follow.

I’m tired of this bank. It’s a freaking joke.
The option to pause your debit card is gone.
But what upsets me the most is that I haven’t received my debit card replacement, due to one of the most stupid reasons I’ve ever heard.
Customer service over the phone are so freaking useless.

Exceptional (Great App for Online Banking)
The design and layout of the application looks great. It is easy to keep up with spending and saving habits. It is also help me keep tracks on balances on all accounts. I easy to find and look up transactions. I like it when Peoples Bank have added credit monitoring to their app and website. It made things better and more easier. I hope the developer can add native and navigational support for the iPad in the future to see balances, transactions, credit score and monitoring, and add more options to their application in the future. I love this app, Hopefully the app continues to make improvements for customers.
