New look of mobile app
I am really loving the new look of the mobile app! It’s clean and easy to follow.
Excess
I get asked to rate the app a ridiculous amount of times. Once is enough, stop asking every month

I’m tired of this bank. It’s a freaking joke.
The option to pause your debit card is gone.
But what upsets me the most is that I haven’t received my debit card replacement, due to one of the most stupid reasons I’ve ever heard.
Customer service over the phone are so freaking useless.

Exceptional (Great App for Online Banking)
The design and layout of the application looks great. It is easy to keep up with spending and saving habits. It is also help me keep tracks on balances on all accounts. I easy to find and look up transactions. I like it when Peoples Bank have added credit monitoring to their app and website. It made things better and more easier. I hope the developer can add native and navigational support for the iPad in the future to see balances, transactions, credit score and monitoring, and add more options to their application in the future. I love this app, Hopefully the app continues to make improvements for customers.

Personal Service from Great People
I love being able to do my banking with a local bank. Having consistent personal service from people who know me is invaluable. I appreciate being able to call and speak to someone who knows me and my business. Top notch!
Crashes
Crashes repeatedly with the latest iOS update. Crashes? Well, it will not open at all.
App crashes
As of 3/3/23, this app will not open. It crashes everytime you open it.
Help App crashing
I have uninstalled the app at least a dozen time. The people bank nc logo comes the it disappears. I really need to be able to use this app. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes,I know it is the slogan of People’s Bank. But it truly is the one word I would use to describe how People’s Bank and all of its employees operate on a daily basis. We had our accounts with Wells Fargo, which started out as First Union for thirty years. They became to big and the bureaucracy was frustrating. When we were ready to build our first home it was suggested that we go with a local bank. It was a very big step for us because we had been in our previous home for 28 years! It was so nice to sit down and talk with representatives from People’s Bank every step of the way. We now have People’s Bank as our primary bank!

App not working
The update to fix the login problem made the problem worse.
Latest update
The latest update to the app says there is a loading error, and I cannot open the app. I redownloaded the app to make sure I had the latest update, and I have the same problem.
Customer Service dept
I would like to compliment the service dept. They are patient to walk one through the problem every and each time
