This lasted update made Face ID unusable
Technology is way behind standard
Have yet to be able to do a deposit through the app. Instructions for endorsement is different and if it’s not the one for the day, deposit gets rejected. We don’t have issues with our other banks apps.

This app is absolutely horrible. There seems to be an issue with the app constantly logging the user out (under the veil of “security” probably) and it will remove the saved password and—consequently—the automatic use of Face/Touch ID. I cannot express enough how these issues need to be addressed and fixed. Not only has watching my family struggle with this app turned me off to People’s Bank of East Tennessee, bust it has entirely turned me off to “hometown” style banks.

The Peoples Bank of East Tennessee is a great way to keep a check on your accounts and has a lot of other functions. I love how easy it is to transfer money to and from my savings and checking accounts!
