Biometric login fails periodically
Biometric login fails periodically and forces me to login again with a username and password and go through the 2FA steps.
Horrible App update
Very unfortunate they changed the app in the last update. It's difficult to navigate and to know what has or hasn't cleared. The "Pending" notation is slow to clear and doesn't show the running balance after each transaction. Please roll it back!

Stopped working
Most recent update has caused my app to freeze on the loading screen. Uninstall and reinstall has done nothing.
The old one was better
You can’t go back in and categorize and it’s just not as clear to work with for my records

Every aspect of the app is harder to use. Almost everything require more steps and clicks to complete. The font change is terrible too.

I’ve been a People’s Bank WA customer for over 20 years. The mobile app is very clear, comprehensive, and easy to navigate. The in-person tellers and officers of the bank’s branches have always been efficient, pleasant, helpful, and friendly. I have never encountered an error by the bank in my checking, savings, or CD accounts, all of which have been competitively priced. They have my recommendation.

Still waiting for “improved” app to work as well as prior version
Lost function compared to the prior version. Information incomplete shared between 3rd party BillPay app and account info. Sometimes the information is just wrong.

Peoples Bank is by far, the BEST bank Ive ever used. Their customer service and support has always been outstanding. So, no surprise their app follows suit. Easy to navigate. Easy to accomplish tasks and if there’s something you don’t understand, support is a call away and they can and will talk you through the process. Highly recommend
