Not working properly
All of a sudden the app is no longer working correctly. Most of the time when I open the app the screen is blank and I have to close it several times before I can actually get to the home screen. It is so frustrating.

The app is no longer good and honestly frustrating.
There’s so many bugs now as you can tell from previous post but man just having the main menu not pop up properly to see my active balance is terrible. I have to open and close the app 7,8,9, sometimes 10 times just to see my balance and main menu. Not only can I not see my balance but none of the features work as well. Mobile banking is so important that if this doesn’t get fixed it’s unfortunately a deal breaker forms with peoples credit union.

Banking application
This is the only banking app I've used, and it effectively meets my needs. I appreciate how quickly and efficiently I can check my balances and transfer money between accounts. The app's user interface makes these processes straightforward and convenient.
Worked fine before update
Everything worked fine until the recent “bill pay experience” update. Now, on my phone, it is not possible to enter the date I want for paying a bill. The calendar vanishes when I try to choose a date other than the default, and it cannot be typed in either. I’ve reported the bug and only gotten wonky workaround suggestions that don’t work. It worked fine before! I love PCU, and have been a member for many years, but I need a mobile bill pay feature that works properly so this is a deal breaker for me. Unless their genius coders can fix what they broke soon, I’ll be shopping around.

Verify box issues!
Online app has problems quite a bit with trying to open. Especially verify box which fails often.!

Ugh stop changing things
I like how I used to be able to use my passcode to log into my account now I have to go through the rigmarole of completely logging in like I have to on the webpage so why even have the app?

Horrible interest rates
Considering that members are shareholders and that interest rates at my other banks are up to 10x’s (!) higher, I think the lousy 0.05% being paid on savings accounts is terrible. That’s why I use other banks to keep my “real” savings.

It’s just so easy from the comfort of your house to deposit a check ✍🏼✅💰everything goes very smoothly with Peoples Credit Union
