Name is not optional
Every time I log into this website, it never remembers my username, instead of remember somebody else else’s. Also, I would like the option to remove unused credit credit cards from this account.
Auto-Pay
I have attempted to setup auto-pay countless times to no avail. App interface is also poor.
Won’t back date bill to end of lease.
People’s allows landlords to financially abuse former tenants. You may move out and have no lease but you will still get the bill.
Card
The app will not retain my card information and every time I make a payment I have to put my card back in. It's a minor inconvenience

Hostile Design
It seems to intentionally forget everything about how you’d like to pay (despite asking it to “remember for next time”) unless, of course, you’re paying by ACH. Then it can do that just fine.

Poorly Coded
Doesn’t save card info, doesn’t save address wipes out fields when another is corrected. Hard to navigate. Sloppy menus. I think this needs a rewrite with some strict vide re ore and wa work!!

This app is terrible. Never saves my payment info and doesn't auto fill any of my saved info. This app is more outdated than your service lines.

This app crashes every time I use it. It can’t load the pdf of your bill.
