Bring a better version

With this new version, I don’t get a push notification whenever there’s a balance update; although I have configured that in the settings but still gets no alert. . You really need to up your game

The new updates are terrible

For years I’ve loved banking with peoples because of how easy the app was. Well this most recent update has ruined that. Transfers now take for ever to go through and even longer to post.

Hope they fix the app.

Wish app was better

Awful, ever since they did the big update months back the app has been running terribly to recurring transfers not being made, to transfers happening but not posting in accounts… about to switch banks completely due to this inconvenience

Transfers don’t go through??

With the previous app, transfers used to go through instantly. Now it takes almost half an hour for transfers to go through. And I can’t see my pending paychecks anymore. It sucks.

Absolutely horrid

Previous app was much better. This new app is absolutely horrid. Not only can I transfer money back-and-forth throughout my own account on a timely manner. Now you have to wait usually at least 24 hours to do so but now if you want to transfer. To external account it takes at least three days unless it’s your account you guys should’ve never messed with the app. It was absolutely perfect before you guys touched it can’t see if you sent money. Can’t see if how much you sent goes back to that Old saying…… if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it well now you guys broke it

Downgraded version

Constantly loading , not updating transactions between accounts . Need to log back 5 minutes later to verify transfers as processing takes forever . Main screen don’t catch up with transactions . Very annoying

Why does this new updated app need to be uninstalled and reinstalled every other month!!?? Please fix this it’s super inconvenient

Slow/Delayed Tranfers

i have to say, ever since their “big update” the app has become trash. takes longer than a minute to transfer funds from one account to another. it either fails or processes. I WISH i was joking. this has me considering switching banks because why is a simple transfer failing?

Overall, the app is fine. But when trying to transfer money between accounts, it takes over a minute per transfer. Most of the time the transfer comes back as still processing, and I am forced to wait even longer. Love the bank, but considering moving to a different bank with a better app.

Older app better

It’s been a struggle logging in since the updated app. It didn’t accept my password and then I tried to reset the password and it never sends me the email with the reset link. I clicked confirm username to make sure that was correct, and I received that email just fine. So it’s not my email. App is a bit less user friendly then before also.

App doesn’t work

This app worked one day and then it didn’t. Now it won’t let me log in. It still works for my wife though. I deleted it and reinstalled it and it still won’t let me log in.

The older app features were better

The previous version of this app was much simpler and easier to understand if payments were being processed and much easier to navigate what the current and available balances are when a transaction is in progress. This new app is such an inconvenience because you are constantly unsure of how to understand if the payment has went through. They’re trying to be more visually appealing but the numbers transactions are not being emphasized enough for a smooth process. This new app version allows more room for confusion if a payment is in progress or already being processed.

I can’t consistently access my bank account

App always seems to not load and or says I have no internet connection when I have full bars and i’m connected to wifi. Super annoying and stressful!!

I have been using PB mobile for years and it has significantly simplified my life.

New app update

Update does not provide support for mobile banking on a tablet..prior version did. Major step backwards…very amateurish.
