Log a dose for any day. The plus button now opens Log a dose: pick the compound, the day and the time, and a missed day is fixed in seconds. The calendar logs missed doses right from the day view. The Coach now does it for you. Say "log my BPC-157 dose" or "log 16 oz of water" and it happens, with Undo. Coach replies are also faster and more reliable. New: a six step welcome tour for first-time users, and a How to use Pepdex section (in Settings or under the plus button) with short videos of every core feature. Also: the free reconstitution calculator carries your values into vial and routine setup, you can explore the app before completing your profile, and purchase handling is more robust.
