I can’t purchase the full game or any episodes

I enjoyed the game while it lasted but it’s not allowing me to purchase the full game or any episodes I have funds to do so but it won’t go to purchasing screen. Kind of irritating I would give a 5 star review if that was fixed and there’s no way to contact the developer directly:(

I REALLY wanted to love this game

And I actually do but problem is it won’t allow me to purchase full version. It only allows me to play the free part. When I try clicking the buy full version it won’t do anything. So that’s why I have to give 3 instead of 5 stars like I would if I could play the full game.

Full game not available

As others have said, only the preview intro chapter is available. Once it prompts you to purchase additional chapters or the full game, it just clicks.

How do I purchase full game??

Can’t download full game. I wanted to purchase it but the link inside the app doesn’t work. Also, app support just takes you to a website that literally has nothing at all to do with this game. Weird. I guess they don’t like money.

Can’t buy full game

Don’t even waste your time playing the beginning, the link to buy it doesn’t work and you can’t find the full game on the App Store to buy it. Really disappointing when it seems like a fun game.

can’t continue

the free trial was fine but the game won’t let me purchase any additional episodes 🤷‍♀️

Should be 4star but gets 1star due to 6 yr old bug!

This had potential to be very cute, fun game. Good premise, nice scenes, etc. but when I finish free chapter and try to click to buy…it doesn’t work. Cannot et to buy no matter what u do! What’s worse, the reviews describe this exact same bug with buying…over SIX YEARS AGO?! Come on developers…you’re shooting yourselves in the foot! How many sales must this bug have lost you…as well as being crazy annoying. No time in 6yrs to fix?!?.

Enjoyed the start

Some glitches and rough edges mentioned in other reviews, yes, but none that truly impacted the function or flow of the game for me. The trial is substantial, including full high quality voice acting, gorgeous 3D graphics, and overall far more than I’d expect from a mobile game created several years ago (2015-ish, I believe). The 1.5gb of free content gives an ample demonstration of narrative, gameplay, aesthetic style, etc. this game offers, and I wanted to continue exploring it in the full version.

My only suggestion is to consider adjusting the price slightly for the full game. I hesitated to say that, given the investment of time/effort/resources needed to produce the product and how difficult the market is for this genre. At the time the game was released, I’d have considered its price a great bargain. If it’d had attempts to polish the minor glitches, or any maintenance updates in the past few years, I likely wouldn’t mention cost. However, after so long without attention, it’s fair to say the developers have moved on from this app; it is offered “as is.” So perhaps the price ought to come down a touch to reflect that. Just a thought.

That said, I strongly recommend the game. Even after years, it holds up favorably among its peers. All fans of classic point and click adventures should be glad when a game of this caliber is made, and show as much support as we’re able to.

Love this game

I bought the full version which is a great decision, the storyline and graphics is great and it actually made me cry a little at the end.....it really makes you think

Totally recommend

I mean wow 🤩 it’s amazing
awesome storyline
Amazing British accent

Wish it was longer, but amazing overall.

I absolutely loved the game, however it seemed as if chapter 2-3 were a bit rushed... I wish there was more storyline but i’m pretty sure the game only had 25,000 to work with so they did a great job with what they were given. I’m seeing reviews that say its buggy but I had no problems with that. Maybe it’s just because I used a tablet. If you like point and click adventure games (that can also be played on mobile) then this is for you. You might be disappointed by how short/rushed it was.

Ok but glitchy

The game has good potential, but it’s really glitchy and it wouldn’t even let me buy the game to keep going. I don’t know how much it would cost, but if it’s more than $2 it’s not worth it until they work out the kinks.

Why cant I not buy?

This game was fun so I decided to buy the whole version. When I tried to, I DIDNT WORK. I was upset. Can you fix it so that I can buy the full version?

Awesome game

Very fun! I love the voices and storyline. There was lots of things to click on and I didn’t need a walkthrough!

Help please

Please tell me how to use items in my inventory

Broken game

Attempt #1 - flashlight “used” both batteries and I was unable to fix the diorama, had to start a new game. Attempt #2 - changed the temperature of the fireplace and rather than fixing the temp, the mother sits Indian style in front of the closet floating in the air and I was unable to progress. Unplayable game, waste of money and time.

Good overall, but too short.

A good game overall, but everything becomes too rushed after chapter two. It’s like the designers lost interest and were eager to end the story. I won’t include details that spoil anything, but information about Ana’s lineage comes at a comfortable pace in the beginning as you get accustomed to the interface and the flow of the game. After the second chapter, having just become comfortable with how to solve levels by talking to characters for clues, finding helpful objects scattered about, and using the “secret technology” Ana is meant to unravel, the games ends abruptly with a rushed conclusion. I was expecting at least three or four more chapters to enjoy the great technology that the storyline was developing.

Mixed bag point and click

Things I liked:
- cool concept and story
- good characters and voice acting
- nice stylised animation

Things that need improvement:
- still quite glitchy including a few weird situations where characters got stuck or out of sync with dialogue
- hard to find hotspots and missing objects - only two times I got stuck were because I was tapping on something that wouldn't respond and then would find out I was trying to do the right thing but not quite touching the right place e.g. In the hay and fountain.
- if you are an experienced point and click gamer you'll enjoy the story but find it very easy and quite simple. I finished in around 3 hrs
- needed to solve problems by finding things and completing tasks but no actual game puzzles

I enjoyed the game and glad I bought it as I want to support this genre of game being made but.... definitely don't think it's up there with the greats of Lucas arts.
I would recommend to people who want a gentle story, kids or people who want something more than a hidden object story but not super hard. Die hard fans looking for the next monkey island may be disappointed.

Not bad

Great graphics but for experienced point and click gamers it’s too easy. They are kind of almost telling you what to do and the end is almost only dialogues like watching a movie with only some interventions from the gamers side. Also there isn’t almost no sharp humor in the dialogues which to my taste is very important in those games.

game restarted so where’s my refund??

the first chapter was really fun so I bought the full length game even though it was $5.99 and when I came back to play it (only a couple hours after last playing it), my game was completely reset. I was in the second chapter and I really don’t want to go through the whole thing again if it is just going to restart itself.
