Missing data and can’t restore
This is a great app for tracking, I’ve been using it for over ten years BUT it randomly wipes out data and there isn’t a way to get it back. Very disappointing
You no longer can restore data
Changing my review after the "restore data" option was removed. I don't know if it's just gone or behind a paywall, but it's no longer in the menu list. I've used this app for 11 years and now years worth of data just gone with no warning.
Lost data
I’ve used this app since 2013 and liked it for the most part, but I often lost data and had to go through the process to restore it. This time however I lost all of my data and am unable to restore it. Thankfully I had recorded most of it in another place due to previous issues, but this time I’m unable to restore it and I’ve lost the last 6 mos, which I hadn’t recorded elsewhere yet. I should have moved on after the trouble I had before, so that’s on me, but I’d caution against using this app or at least recording your data elsewhere as well because you will lose data at some point.

Update lost years of data
This app was perfectly easy to use for years. Now, I’ve had to update the app because it had a login error. Upon opening the app, it has erased years of data at a time when I needed to know. I’m uninstalling it now because what’s the point of a monthly tracker that just deletes everything? Entirely blank calendar.
It was best before it had a login because I didn’t need an account for what should really be a simple tracker using averages and past data. Cleared up some storage on my phone now anyway. Shame because it wasn’t as fussy as lots of other period apps and I preferred the simplicity.

I’ve used m.cycle for almost 10 years and can completely rely on it
FIX DARK MODE COMPATIBILITY!!!
I have always used my phone on dark mode as I have photophobia and now since the update this app doesn’t work properly with my phone set on dark mode. There is information completely blacked out and it is usable unless I start using light mode which my eyes can’t manage. I have used this app for over 10 years and paid for it and when they updated it a few years ago - now it’s useless. FIX IT!!!

Used to work and now it doesn’t
I’ve been using this app (paid version) for years without a problem but recently it set a really long cycle length for a past period and when I tried to get it back on track it’s now way worse. It has me at a 717 day cycle length. Have emailed support via the app three times and received no response. Going to switch to a different app. It’s just super annoying that I will lose all my data.

Update Deleted 13 Years of Data
I started using this app in 2013. While it has been extremely helpful and accurate at tracking my cycle over those years, last month they pushed an update that wiped out all 13 years of my data. Now the app knows nothing about my cycle. I don’t get the timely reminders or ovulation information anymore. I have no way to restore it, and support never responded to my email about it. So yeah, this is a great app but it’s frustrating to lose so much information overnight with no way to recover it. Why have a support email if you’re not going to respond to user concerns, and why make an update that clears out years of data? It just doesn’t make sense.

I been having this app for the longest time it signed me out all passwords I put in sent me to different pages that i had but never used. I tried changing my password but never received any of the email. I’m paying for subscription for it as well. I’m first time pregnant and I would love to have my page back so I can see my progress with the symptoms and all. Please please someone help me get it back.

All information gone
I've been using this app well over ten years. Every few years they do a weird update that wipes all of your saved data. Then after a few updates, it is fixed. The same thing just recently happened and the updates have not fixed the issue. I never had to have an email or password to login. & the feedback from the app's support is not helpful as the RESTORE data button they direct you to click is not available. Beyond upset and frustrated.

Update not working
Great app, have been using for years; however, the latest update crashed it and I cannot use it. Please fix
Was great until the most recent update!
I’ve been using this app for over 10 years and I’ve never had a problem with it until the most recent update I installed a couple of days ago(Dec 2025). Now the app crashes and closes every time I try to open it. I get a couple of digits of my password entered and the app just closes. It’s not really helpful if I can’t get into it to see my history or day of my cycle.

Would have given 5 stars after years of use and no problems. After last update I lost EVERYTHING with no way of recovering it. Time to find a new app
