So, what was I up to in 3.0.12? Oof, where do I even start... First, I cleaned up a bunch of bugs, and of course, I didn’t forget my usual experience and performance improvements. I may have worked a little too hard this time, though. Apparently I’ve been a little moody lately… sometimes refusing to open at all. So I made a whole bunch of improvements to those launch issues, and everything should be running smoothly now. I also made managing your permissions easier. The screens are simpler to use, and I’ve made my explanations clearer about what I’m asking permission for and why. You’re always in control — I’m just getting better at explaining myself. I’ve been busy with Apple Health too. When you sync, I now make extra sure the right data lands in the right place at the right time. And if you choose to share your health data with me, you can now see it much more neatly organized in Apple Health too. Of course, PepForum and Pepzine got some love too. I made a few changes to help you find what you’re looking for without getting lost in those super active posts with tons of comments. Go find a busy post and give it a try. I think you’re going to like it. I’m also still working on my shortcuts so I don’t make you wander all over the app just to get somewhere. Less tapping around, more getting straight to where you want to be. There are some invisible but important changes on the account side too. If you ever have trouble finding your account, I’ve made it easier for me to find you again. And if you sign in with a social account… oof. It’s so fast now, I think even you’ll be surprised. I also made it easier to catch a mistyped email or password when you sign up. Getting to know me is easier than ever. You could already block someone if they were bothering you; now managing the people you’ve blocked is super easy too. I gave your weight and water tracking screens a little refresh too. Tiny touches, but I think everything feels much nicer now. I’ve also taught my offer screens to give you a little more breathing room. I made some pretty big changes under the hood, and with my new setup, you have even more control than before. I’ve adjusted how often those offer screens appear too, so they don’t keep getting between you and the content you came for. And yes, I heard what you said about the ads. I’ve been working on those too. I did some extra work behind the scenes to make sure time zones don’t mess with the dates in your calendar. And when you start or end your period, your reminders should behave much better now too. You told me, I learned. Oh, and take a look at the avatar picker. It’s so smooth now… I even have tiny animations! Honestly, I’m getting all dressed up and looking fabulous over there. Ahhh, so much better. Oof, look at how much I’ve done.
