Unsafe that reports and web cams are delayed
I no longer use this app for web cam images, lift status reports and snow reports etc. instead, I use the Perisher web site which is more up to date. For example, the app can be up to an hour late for web cam images, but the web site is usually within 1-2 minutes. I do not understand why the app is not updated at the same time as the web site. Other than this, the app is quite good.

Great app for navigation and new updates on trails as well as tracking your runs
Terrible, lost all tracking data
Was using this app to track the runs this season, app prompted me for an update , then signed me out , when I signed back in, my progress was reset to zero!
Wishing Vail would vale
Never up to date. Road report should be current drain 6am every day but generally doesn’t become live till after 8am…

I find the app excellent. Certainly came in handy today when I fell and hurt my knee. Ski patroller arrived promptly once called via the app! So good!

I greatly enjoy checking this site daily for snow conditions and the updates on what is happening. The information is always reliable, relevant and up to date.

Love the place and the app. Gives enough info although some features are hard to find and are more hidden. Really good though.
Up to speed
The app keeps you well updated of lift status, ski tube times and even how you rank against other skiers/ riders.
Very responsive
I had to call ski petrol for a person who was injured. They acted very fast.
Perisher App Rating
The information on the app is mostly good, useful and informative. But when viewing the pics from the cams it is not helpful and very disappointing when the images are covered by snow, frost or ice. Surely the images are one of the most important features for us, the app users. It would be great if staff could clear the cameras early in the morning so we can prepare for the day!
This year, 2026, the images have changed a bit with cameras moving. Some images are better. Not sure about the blurry ones!!!

Excellent but buggy
I found a glitch in the first two seconds of updating the app if you go into snow cams then click on the actual image then go out the bar at the top is misaligned.

Won’t refresh properly
Great app when it works properly. Never refreshes properly and unable to view reports or cams until mid morning. Have tried deleting and reinstalling many times. Would be great if they could fix this issue that has been occurring for several years.
