Cant connect to wifi
I can’t get it to connect to wifi. I go into settings and the option to give it network permissions doesn’t exist. I click app support or faq and each time get an error page.
Can’t make user account
I’ve tried with multiple emails to make an account and cannot login. I get notice that “user doesn’t exist”. Very frustrating!!
Bird feeder
I love my feeder. The first camera charge lasted over 1 month. The app was easy to initiate and sync with my phone. I enjoy getting noticed when the birds are eating. Last week for some reason the app Signed me out and did not recognize my email. Customer service was helpful but I had to reenroll and sync with my feeder again. This was relatively easy again, but why I did not give 5 stars.

I like the fact that no subscription is required, and I like that the app is clean and simple to use. One of the better apps I’ve used in a long time!

I absolutely love Perky-Pet Smart Camera Feeder!! Great quality with a long lasting battery life and the best part is it alerts you when you have motion near your Camera. I’m very pleased and highly recommend for bird/ nature lovers. A great educational tool for children!!

J’aime l’idée de pouvoir capter mes petits visiteurs ailés, et l’image est excellente … cependant clés lorsque ça fonctionne. Je l’ai depuis 2 jours et le sensor ne semble pas capter la présence des oiseaux .. je n’ai eu que 2 notifications en 2 jours alors que je vois des oiseaux au perchoir.. je ne sais pas si c’est en lien avec le wi-fi, j’ai tenté de reconnecter en espérant améliorer le tout mais pour l’instant clés vraiment désolant..j’aime beaucoup mais pour moi ça ne fonctionne pas bien.

Really enjoy my camera feeder
It was a little rocky at first. My camera went offline after a week and I tried so many thing to get it to work. The customer service was wonderful. I received a new camera and it has worked beautifully ever since!

App is easy to use and cleanly designed, and most importantly, no hidden fees like some other smart bird feeder apps, 5 stars!
