Cant connect to wifi
I can’t get it to connect to wifi. I go into settings and the option to give it network permissions doesn’t exist. I click app support or faq and each time get an error page.
Can’t make user account
I’ve tried with multiple emails to make an account and cannot login. I get notice that “user doesn’t exist”. Very frustrating!!
Bird feeder
I love my feeder. The first camera charge lasted over 1 month. The app was easy to initiate and sync with my phone. I enjoy getting noticed when the birds are eating. Last week for some reason the app Signed me out and did not recognize my email. Customer service was helpful but I had to reenroll and sync with my feeder again. This was relatively easy again, but why I did not give 5 stars.

Bought this not expecting much but this feeder and system works great battery life is amazing and connectivity is fine it’s over 100 ft from our house
