Garbage do not buy
For the price of this garbage electric Wi-Fi mouse trap, you could buy a lifetime supply of dollar store mouse traps for a neighborhood. Shame on Victor for breaking the Wi-Fi connection.
All 4 of my traps no longer work in the app
I have had these for a few years and they have always been hit or miss. Very often they would lose connection so I would have to manually turn them off and then back on but then they would work for a while. Now I have noticed that all 4 of my traps say that they are disconnected/ not available in the app. They are still connected to my WiFi though as I can see them on my network. But it looks like the cloud service isn’t working. So disappointing.

Desperately needs updating
Push notifications have not been working for months on iOS. They are the main reason to buy this trap. Fix this or continue to ruin your reputation as a leading company. Until people read that this is fixed, DO NOT BUY!
Doesn’t send notifications. Defeating the entire purpose of the smart trap
I have checked the app settings and tried reinstalling the app. It does not send notifications when it actually catches a mouse. So I need to manually check it. But the whole point of having the smart trap is so that I can get notified and don’t need to check it regularly
