Ever since phhhoto went away I’ve been thinking about it for years lol. 😭 this gave me the same vibes. I LOVE it 🥹🫶🏼
Copycat… a little more maybe
I know this app is supposed to be the new phhhoto but hopefully it can eventually get audio but wish it could take it a step further and get what was great about another app like it called SWNG, the quality was much much better. While some may love the low quality of phhhoto & now this, I’d love to see it more like the boomerang app. Which is a bit higher quality so maybe that could be something added. or eventually a low quality option and then high quality option too.
Can we also get a TMR rotated the other way vertical bc the horizontal is great but I turn my phone sideways to get cool shots with the version on here now.

Developers Abandoned the App
This app has so much potential, just needs to work out a few bugs. But it seems the developers have abandoned the app as it hasn’t been updated in almost a year now…

ever since phhhoto i’ve been looking for something like it. i was so happy i found this there’s so much potential!! definitely make it for android it would go CRAZY- but phhhoto was the peak social media platform. not promoting a product or brand or person and shoving it in your face 24/7. truly the epitome of good vibes, sharing a moment you captured. it just felt so magical and carefree. PLEASE MAKE THIS POP OFF THE WORLD WILL HEAL

Suggestion
1. Make this app for android aswell (this app will do numbers in countries where android is the most used) (also my friends want to join and can’t )
2. More new free filters (phhhoto used to do weekly new filters and free for its user never once had to pay annual on dumb stuff )
3. If you make the app free it will get more engagement because that’s what people are looking for new social media apps free because everything else is ruined even Snapchat )

Has potential!
This app is very similar to a popular app called Phhhoto that was removed. Perrk does a great job at capturing the essence of what Phhhoto once was. However, I have a few recommendations that would make this a 5 star app! Most importantly, adding an option for texture/grain would be a game changer for users trying to replicate Phhhotos. Even allowing photo editing in general (exposure, contrast, brightness, etc.) would benefit many users. Lastly, being able to create motion photos from photos, live photos, or even videos directly from users camera rolls would integrate appealing aspects of others similar apps, like boomerang, and greatly improve app usage.

The only thing I could use from day one is an edit caption especially now that we can use hashtags so we can go back and add them to old posts. EDIT still need an edit caption or a way to keep the captions for the post to when it goes to the drafts. By the time I get enough service to post the caption has been typed out 5-20 times and I try to copy and paste but the iPhone forgets what to paste because it’s been too long

Do not EVER leave. Phhhoto is the OG but you have just filled a Void that us users from phhhoto have been looking for forever! Loving this app so much. Nostalgia for me. Just loving it.
New Premium update a death blow to the app
The app was fun and quirky before. Without my permission, my photos were used to advertise for them via their “featured” tab. I didn’t mind it at the time, but now with the rollout of the premium(paid) version, I think I’ll be leaving. Releasing filters and added content under the guise of another subscription service when we could have had these features all along is just a bummer.

Great app but needs more love
It’s a great app and a good opportunity to get out of the comfort zone and be inspired by anything moving around.
Would definitely use it more if it had more filters and settings to play with. Also; where are the drafts?

It’s good, I love ittt! It reminds me of phhhoto but I wish there was more filter options or maybe where you can post from your own camera roll. I also have problems finding the drafts I saved. But other than that it’s a good app!
