This app has changed my memory books and photography. I actually print every box. I love that I can delay boxes and save boxes for traveling or other needs. The quality is top notch. The owner is easily accessible if needed. I love her tutorials as well. You won’t regret this subscription! I’ve used it since the day it opened up 4+ years ago. It’s beyond simple to use and the care in shipping and developing photos can’t be beat.

Variety
I do like the 4x4 size but would love a box that is 3x4 to for scrapbook pages easily. I wish there was that option.

Inconsistent with adding pics and no instructions
The concept is great but it doesn't work the way you think, sometimes you can go straight to your pictures on phone and pull in and sometimes you cant . There is no how to and no indication to the user as to how you trigger the pictures to load so you can select what you want in the box. Sometimes when you open then app the prompt is there, but more times than not it doesn't prompt and theres no step to get the pictures. Youre in a loop with no way to add more pictures when you have remaining space in the current box. Very frustrating.
