Great stuff

The packaging is so sturdy and cool. I was able to pause my subscription and take it up again when I wanted more pics. The photos are larger now, I wonder if I can adjust size I like the smaller ones better bc they’re more unique

My favorite app!

Timeshel is easily my favorite app!! The effortless reward of having amazing photo show up at my doorstep each month is such a gift. And my kids love it too- we all gather round to look at the photos when they arrive. It produces such a sweet sense of family identity. Love it!

This company is a joke

Tried a free trial and decided it wasn’t for me. Went to cancel my subscription, and found out you CANT without emailing their customer service (How is that even allowed??). Received an email littered with grammar mistakes from them saying, “How come you are canceling”, and implying that I was trying to hurt their small business by taking the free trial without subscribing (Excuse me, what do you think a free trial is FOR? To try something.) Bye forever, Timeshel!

This app is a monthly photo printing service that allows you to preserve your favorite moments and document your life story with professional-grade prints. You add moments throughout the month, and they are automatically printed and shipped to your home at the end of each billing cycle.

How much does it cost?

The service offers two pricing tiers: $19.95 per month for 30 prints in keepsake packaging, and $9.95 per month for 10 prints in keepsake packaging. Both prices include shipping, handling, and tax.

What kind of photos does it print?

The app prints rectangular (4" x 6") or square (4" x 4") photos automatically based on the orientation of the image you upload. This makes it perfect for Instagram photos.

Can I share my photos with others?

Yes, you can print doubles of any photo to keep one and share one with a friend. You can also designate a loved one as the primary recipient or add additional recipients to ship multiple copies of your story to different addresses.

What if I miss a month or want to skip a month?

The service is flexible. If you miss a month, you can add moments to any past, missed month and still receive prints at the end of that month. You can also choose to skip a month by tapping 'skip a month' in the menu, and you won't be billed for that period.
