I received these mugs for Christmas a couple of years ago, but my family has grown so I needed an upgrade! I was so happy to see you still had the exact same one available!
Shipping killing me
I’d buy more more often if the shipping wasn’t over 5 or 6 bucks but 12 bucks is like paying for a whole other item and the item I buy usually aren’t even priced by their actual cost so it’s a hard hit

Awful so disappointed
I have made two orders. Order 1 had to be reprinted and missed a very special occasion. I had to request a reprint which did arrive eventually but now there is photos of my family children lost somewhere. I have the app the benefit of the doubt and ordered again for father’s days. This order also has pictures of the family children on it as is no where to be found. I will have to request a reprint on the 4th July as that is the app policy. Absolutely ridiculous I will be deleting the app once my reprint has been sent. Would never recommend this app.

Pint glasses
Ordered two pint glasses that said “Wicked Cool Dad”. It was easy to play around with the font and layout when designing the glasses. They came on time as well!!!
Don’t waste your time
Shipping takes long and quality is not good and size is definitely not what it’s supposed to be, it runs smaller.
I ordered a T-shirt a insulated water bottle and a pen. It took about 3 weeks to get 2 of the items and it’s going on week 4 and I have not received my pen , I ordered everything with enough time to get here by Father’s Day doesn’t look like it’s going to happen. And when you to the site for help there isn’t any options that offer help for packages not received. No communication from them either. I would not order from here. I don’t know how they have good reviews.

Double shipping
I’m spending a lot for a man who lost his son less than a year ago so this was a hard purchase I pay for expedited shipping to get it before his birthday and they charge me for the standard shipping and then charge me for the expedited shipping. that’s not the way it works. There’s one fee for expedited shipping. If I wasn’t so desperate to heal his heart I wouldn’t have ordered.

Order beach towels for my grandkids for Easter and they turn out beautiful. They are so soft! Could use them for a blanket. They were so much larger than I expected! Highly recommend them. I had the personalized as well. Great item!

Processing time and delivery so slow.
Why would it take 3 weeks to deliver one small order? Massive fail. I'm buying a gift for my husband and never thought that the estimated delivery would be two weeks after his birthday? Do you print these in China?
