Big disappintment
I liked this app at first because it was what I needed and nothing more. I checked in once a day and if I didn’t, a message was sent to my loved ones to check up on me. Then the app logged me out. I tried to log back in, but couldn’t (bad documentation on my part).
I tried to change my password on the app, but no verification email was sent to me as the app stated. I checked my junk folder, but nothing. I asked the developers for help, but no one replied as of 48 hours later. The app did send out a message the first day to my loved ones, but never sent out another on the following days. That isn’t a problem because I thought I could create a new profile with a new password and start over. NO SUCH LUCK.
I entered a different email and a password and the app just clocks and then returns me to the “create new profile” without continuing or giving me an error message. It was great until the wheels fell off of the app and nothing worked and no one and nothing helped to fix it.

Conflicting payment info
Requires payment up front before you can set up the app or see how it works. Payment amounts in the monthly/annual buttons are inconsistent with the fine print at the bottom. Monthly $4.99 vs. $1.99; annual $39.99 vs $19.99. Annual button says 50% off but 50% off what?? When I go to pay, it wants the full $39.99. May be a great app but the money part is not well set up. Makes me leery about the rest of the functionality.

The concept is great.
It is working great so far, but has a few bugs.
I go into check-in options and the screen is truncated with the blue button only show 20% of the button. I cannot scroll down to see the text. I guess it is to pause notifications. Are there other buttons besides the top three? I have an iPhone SE with the latest iOS 16.4.1.
I could not send my message using the Help and Feedback Page on the app, either.

Immediate payment needed
Sorry, this may be a good app, but the moment it is downloaded and signed up for, PAYMENT is required on the first use - before seeing anything. Going through download process, then account creation, then verification - only to see the next screen as required payment to go further is very frustrating.
At least give the option of a few days free test or put it in description that you cannot get past signing up and seeing the actual application without a fee. I know there are not many ratings on this so apologies to developer. If it’s fixed up, I’ll remove my rating. Just very frustrating.

No worry mama
I can’t tell you how grateful I am for this app. My daughter choose to go to a college more than 5 hours away and I just need a peace of mind that other apps don’t have. My daughter loves the freedom of not having me track her “every move” as she says and I love that for once no news really is good news.
This app is just the right amount of “me wanting to know she’s okay” with “mom I don’t want you to know everything I’m doing”.
