Ótimo

Uso ele para meus treinos, barato! Bem explicado ! E o melhor, seu treino está montadinho e bem explicado.
Ótimos resultados!

Highly recommended

This is a properly implemented AI, videos to help execution, well explained and detailed workout options without being overwhelmed, great user interface. Worth every penny

Somente cardio que podia controlar por tempo

Errors

3/4 of the videos showing you how to do the exercises do not work. Also the list gets all jumbled up after clicking on a set done.

Excelente

App perfeito

Excelente

Gosto muito do app já uso mais de ano. Muito completo sempre evoluindo e funciona muito bem pra quem precisa rastrear a evolução. Usei pouco os treinos sugeridos, funcionava bem na época.

Love the app

Great workout selection and nice videos with two angles to see how to keep great form.

Feature request: be able to import wrokouts into WHOOP

Locked in

One of those apps that made working out easy peasy

Warm up and stretches

The workouts are great! It would be helpful if I can add more warmup exercises before the workout as well as stretches specific to the muscle groups worked.

Terrible, glitchy

Worst app I’ve ever used. Glitchy, won’t save the workout you’ve created. Changes things you’ve added to your workout. Won’t let you create the split you want or add movements to your sessions. It’s just terrible all around.

Excelente

Uso o app há cerca de 2 anos.
Excelente alternativa. Recomendo fortemente.

Gym app

Definitely recommend

Not as good as I thought it would be.

Glitchy. The app hasn’t recorded any of my workouts. Customer support chat doesn’t respond in a timely manner.

Nope

Cancelled and deleted after one workout. Terrible glitchy buggy nonsensical design.

Getting back on track!

After years of training I found myself not keeping track of workouts and going off my training schedule. Ultimately being more frustrated after a workout than actually missing one entirely. Nothing worse. So far this app is exactly what I needed to reach my goals and get back on track! Excellent app so far!!

PT in your pocket

This is great, it knows my gym and what equipment it has. Everyday I’m doing different exercises and letting it know what I like so I can repeat them another day. It pushes you like a PT would more weight, more reps and super sets. It even tells you your recovery for muscle groups. Changed my gym sessions forever. Well done Gravl.

Gravl > Fitbod

After using fitbod for years when I saw Gravls absolutely awful ai slop ads, the message resonated with me. The exercise recommendations genuinely do feel superior. It’s awesome to have little reminders for my drop sets. The app is very intuitive. I CAN CUSTOMIZE MY BARBELL WEIGHT AND HAVE AN ACTUALLY USEFUL PLATE CALCULATOR! The customization for the types of weights I have is really awesome. However this app is missing one thing, quick 15 min core workouts. I used those in fitbod for quick little pre cardio core loading(I just made that term up).

Odd behavior and too few exercises

The app seems to have several issues IMHO: 1) It doesn’t really seem to take into account my resistance training experience even though it does ask. 2) It regularly attempts to push me into weights I can’t handle. I guess it uses a very basic algorithm that doesn’t take into account my physiology and repeated corrections. So much for AI driven plans! 3) The one rep max estimation is generally way off for me. It seems overly simplistic and definitely doesn’t seem AI driven. This maybe way I’m having issues in #2 above. 4) The screen doesn’t scale to size for my iPad. 5) Free apps like Caliber have a better selection of exercises. I find that I’m coping exercises from Caliber a lot. 6) The advertising for this app is really starting to turn me off. They are acting like high school bullies IMHO.

Bugs

How many times does it need permission to access my Apple Health? No offline access in no service areas. Lack of all machine exercises.
