Lost everything changing phones no response
I created so many things for my grandson and then my phone broke and I got a new phone, when I opened the app on the new phone and logged in everything was gone. I have emailed twice now with absolutely no response. I canceled my membership because I’m completely disgusted of all the time I spent and now have nothing to show for it.

I have used this app many times, but over the past year there have been books that have said “coming soon” and they have never been updated for use. It’s still the same books that have been there for years. It also has taken over 24 hours for a book to be made. I used to absolutely love this app, now it’s pretty much worthless

This app is a rip off! Luckily, I only signed up for the one week trial. It lets you make a book which takes forever, but then you have to purchase the book without ever seeing it. Very confusing. Not user-friendly. I’m glad I didn’t spend the $40.

I purchased the book and I loved it but I cannot figure out how to get it as an actual book. I thought that was what I was getting when I paid for it. I will wait to rate once I get help with this. Thank you

I just got robbed $14.99
I purchased 2 books with my sons face. I tried to "sign out" to create a new account to add my daughters face, so that I could make 2 more books for her, but then I realized there was absolutely no way to sign back into the first account. This app doesn't make any sense! I just lost $14.99 because I can't sign in!!!
